LUX PLE Media.
The parent media company behind RAATV and The Access Index — production, press, sponsorships, and distribution, all under one roof.
Own the whole chain.
Independent creators shouldn’t have to hand their work — or their upside — to companies that don’t look like them. LUX PLE Media keeps it in-house: we develop and produce the shows, run the press and marketing, sell the sponsorships, and own the streaming platform they air on. One company that makes the content, promotes it, distributes it, and owns it — so the value stays with the people who built it.
The Newsroom.
Jara Everett has already been in the room for some of the biggest moments in modern Black entertainment — and now she owns the room. Rapper, actress, author, cinematographer, director, writer, producer, and executive producer, she came up rhyming next to names like Young Jeezy and Shawty Redd, toured the country on stage, and wrote the tell-all that put hip-hop's heaviest hitters on the page. Then she stopped waiting on Hollywood and built her own. Today she's the founder of LUX PLE Media and RAATV, the Black-owned streaming network she launched independently — no studio money, no outside backing, no permission. As creator, showrunner, and executive producer of RAATV's first original series, The Access Index: Jackson, she does the one thing the industry keeps refusing to do: find the talent nobody's betting on and turn them into stars. What Jara brings is access, and she's spending every bit of it on the next generation instead of herself.
Stella Bradley is Director of Communications & Partnerships at LUX PLE Media, where she leads press strategy, brand partnerships, and event production across the company's television, film, and music divisions. A graduate of Northwestern University with a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, she has spent more than fifteen years working across contracting, live events, and media, the three disciplines that decide whether a launch lands or stalls. The contracting background means she reads a partnership agreement the way counsel does and a press release the way an editor does. The event work means she has produced the rooms, not only publicized them. At LUX PLE Media she directs communications for the firm's roster and its original programming, manages trade and culture press, and structures sponsorship and brand partnership terms. She is the primary press contact for RAATV and its original series. She is based in Chicagoland.
Jordan Hayes manages day-to-day media relations for the LUX PLE Media newsroom and serves as the primary point of contact for reporters, producers, and editors covering the firm's client roster. They are based in Chicago.
Sienna Marsh is Unit Publicist for RAATV's slate of original programming, beginning with the firm's flagship series, The Access Index: Jackson. She leads show-specific media relations, including talent press, premiere coverage, and episodic publicity across the firm's series clients. She is based in Los Angeles.
