FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE·July 13, 2026·Jara Everett

She Ran With Hip-Hop's Biggest Names. Now Jara Everett Is Building Her Own Network.

The RAATV founder is turning her Black-owned network into a full media home — TV, film, music, sports, and an awards stage — as her series The Access Index: Jackson rolls out Episode 4 to growing attention.

CHICAGO, ILJara Everett didn't ask Hollywood for a seat. She built the whole table.

The founder of RAATV (Rich Azz Auntie TV) is turning her independent, Black-owned network into something bigger than a streaming app: a home. Her series The Access Index: Jackson just dropped its fourth episode and is pulling real attention as it airs, and Everett is spending every bit of that momentum on the creators coming up behind her.

RAATV already streams original television and film. Now Everett is widening the doors. A music division for artists is in the works, sports is coming to the network, and she's building an awards platform to put real recognition — and real rewards — behind the work Black creators do. The network's creator submission portal is already open, so filmmakers, showrunners, musicians, and storytellers can send their work in to be reviewed and showcased to the world.

"For too long our people had to leave home to be seen," said Everett. "I'm building the place where you don't have to. Bring your vision here, and we'll put it in front of the world."

Rapper. Actress. Author. And now the woman turning a network into a movement. Jara Everett is booking interviews now, and the rest of her story is best told in her own voice.
