Production casting for the Chicago series opens in August 2026. The Access Index: Chicago will follow the same documentary-reality format that defines the franchise — real Black businesswomen, real circles of influence, real consequences. The Chicago cast will be drawn from the city's powerhouse class of Black entrepreneurs across real estate, fashion, finance, media, and the arts.

Why Chicago

Chicago is the largest city in the Midwest and home to a powerhouse class of Black women shaping business, politics, media, and culture — from the Obamas' political legacy to Ebony, Jet, the Chicago Defender, and contemporary entrepreneurs reshaping the city. Chicago's Black population, the elite social structures of its historic neighborhoods, and the level of access that defines its inner circles make it the natural next chapter in The Access Index franchise.
